WEBSITE

Overseas Packers needed a mobile-responsive website, that could be accessed from any device.

With the wealth of information on offer, it was important to have a clear typographic hierarchy to ensure that the correct information could be found quickly and easily. There was a lot of work to be done, and we were only too happy to aid them in this aspect.

We used a range of technologies to build a high quality, professional website with the desired functionalities.179

The Result

The final design is professional, responsive and has a clear information architecture to ensure users can find relevant information easily. People who need to access the website while away from a desk can do so just as easily as anyone else.

Giving customers a way to get in touch or request a quote quickly, while they were out and about was important and we made sure that this took pride of place, on both smaller devices and larger ones. On smaller devices, where users are likely to call Overseas Packers, we included a click to call button in the header. Larger devices display the full phone number and a button to get a quick quote. We identified the key information that needed to be captured from the Quick Quote form and designed the elements to fit in a concise layout.

To ensure that highly important information stands out, we included styles to outline the content visually using bright colours. We also implemented sorting on tables with larger amounts of information, so users can change the order of the content displaying within them.

Do you need help like Overseas Packers?

It took just a one phone call to work out how to help, and a follow-up meeting for us to present recommendations and get busy.
